This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Acting as a strategic ally for our retirement plan clients.
• Leading a dedicated and skilled internal service team.
• Utilizing your industry expertise to deliver insightful and proactive plan assessments, educational strategies, and advice on plan structuring.
• Leveraging your organizational and leadership abilities to ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Strategically showcasing new products and services when appropriate.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Retirement Industry within a client-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated strong relationship management capabilities, the ability to quickly establish rapport, and proactive oversight of plan objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations and their implications for retirement plans.
• FINRA S6 & S63 certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• Life & Health license is required within 120 days of employment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites approximately 30% of the time.
