This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Acting as a strategic ally to our clients in the retirement plan sector
• Leading a talented and experienced internal service team
• Utilizing your industry expertise to deliver insightful and proactive plan evaluations, educational strategies, and advice on plan design
• Employing your organizational and leadership abilities to effectively resolve issues
• Strategically showcasing new products and services when appropriate
• Over 5 years of experience in the Retirement Industry in a client-facing capacity
• Demonstrated strong relationship management capabilities, with an aptitude for quickly building rapport and proactively managing plan objectives
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations and their implications for retirement plans
• FINRA S6 & S63 certification required within 90 days of employment
• Life & Health license necessary within 120 days of employment
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
