• Generate and sustain lucrative new business by meeting with agents, participating in industry events and shows, and actively pursuing opportunities with reputable companies and/or general agents in line with FIRST guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers by assessing their needs, identifying issues, and offering solutions to enhance and retain their loan volume.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize new sales prospects and oversee processing challenges and/or operational efficiencies.
• Provide internal support to Marketing and Collection teams as required while staying informed about industry trends.
• Utilize travel and entertainment budget efficiently and submit expense reports promptly, while establishing and maintaining a CRM system and reporting weekly activities to management as instructed.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
• Preferred experience in negotiation at the C-Suite level.
• Strong financial acumen and industry knowledge.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel within the North East Region.
