This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Central point of contact for clients (AG)

• Management of a dedicated client portfolio

• Responsibility for scheduling and sales projects

• Client management and communication

• Conducting regular reviews

• Organizing and executing client visits

• Serving as the emergency contact for all relevant AG topics

• Project and process responsibility

• Steering and monitoring ongoing projects

• Ensuring smooth project workflow and successful implementation

• Acting as process manager for client-specific processes

• Budget and revenue responsibility

• Accountability for budgets and the financial success of client projects

• Responsibility for invoicing and monitoring financial metrics

• Identifying and implementing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

• Actively steering client development to increase revenue

• Developing strategic account plans

• Early identification of risks in client relationships

• Proactive measures for client retention and churn prevention

• Strong sales skills and negotiation confidence

• Strategic and analytical thinking with a solid understanding of numbers

• Structured and professional work approach

• High level of personal responsibility and decision-making ability

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in account management, relationship management, and sales

• Confident presence when interacting with clients

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
