This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance customer relationships.

• Manage your own portfolio of clients independently.

• Serve as the main contact for our clients, fostering a trusting relationship.

• Conduct regular assessments and strategically nurture customer connections.

• Organize client meetings and represent our company professionally in external interactions.

• Act as the primary liaison and maintain oversight of all pertinent customer matters.

• Assume responsibility for scheduling and overseeing sales projects.

• Coordinate ongoing processes to ensure seamless implementation.

• Identify areas for optimization and proactively enhance customer-specific processes.

• Monitor timelines, quality, and results closely.

• Discover up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts.

• Develop strategic account plans and play an active role in revenue growth.

• Recognize potential risks early and formulate proactive strategies for long-term customer retention.

• Manage project budgets and financial key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Track revenue, invoices, and project outcomes.

• Utilize a data-driven approach to make informed decisions.
