• Become an expert in the LightReach portal and financial products, prepared to respond to any inquiries you may receive.
• Establish and maintain a consistent communication rhythm and deliverables execution with the leaders and representatives of Certified Installers (our success depends on ensuring our partners feel valued!).
• Proactively engage with key partners through onsite visits to foster robust relationships, building trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate and prioritize efforts with internal team members to resolve any issues or impediments related to milestones, platform functionality, or LightReach product knowledge.
• Drive ongoing evaluation and enhancement of external partner resources (Intercom), internal processes (Guru), and assist in developing systems that align with current and future service expansions of the company.
• Provide coaching and training to Certified Installer sales representatives on LightReach products and the portal.
• Continually seek to enhance the quality of Palmetto’s offerings and customer experience through aggregated feedback.
• Maintain a solid understanding of third-party proposal platforms integrated with LightReach (such as Solo, Aurora, Solargraf, Enerflo, etc.).
• Capable of delivering in-person sales training on LightReach processes and competitive positioning within the region.
• Engage in strategic business planning and forecasting activities alongside EPC partners.
• Possess competitive market knowledge and an understanding of LightReach's positioning.
• Assist representatives in resolving any escalations through Intercom as needed.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a customer service, technology, or sales support capacity.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a sales role involving partner interactions.
• A BS/BA degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in analyzing data reports to optimize workflows.
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
• A customer service-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the construction or solar industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
