This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of high-value clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of various products and solutions, and driving the continuous growth of key metrics such as transactions, assets, and revenue through professional listening and customized solutions. This role is highly KPI-driven and requires a strong sense of goals, rapid learning ability, and the acceptance of intensive travel.
• Identify and develop potential high-value clients through multiple channels (including but not limited to in-person visits, industry conferences, communities, and referrals).
• Quickly profile and recognize high-potential target clients, establishing and maintaining a client lead pool and follow-up rhythm.
• Build and maintain solid client relationships, regularly reviewing to understand user trading needs, fund scale, and product requirements.
• Be responsible for key indicators (KPI) such as asset scale, trading volume, and revenue contribution for assigned clients, achieving performance targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Gain a deep understanding of the product lines of mainstream trading platforms (such as spot, contracts, options, Earn/investment, structured products, etc.), able to provide comparative analysis and professional advice to clients.
• Collect client needs and pain points, collaborating with product, operations, and other teams to deliver customized solutions for key clients.
• Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies, and new product forms, quickly mastering and digesting new knowledge to form valuable insights and recommendations for clients.
• Regularly provide client/market feedback and competitor intelligence to offer frontline perspectives for internal strategies and product iterations.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the web3 industry, with practical experience or service experience related to mainstream exchanges, wallets, custody, DeFi, and other products.
• Ability to quickly identify and filter target clients, possessing excellent communication, negotiation skills, and relationship maintenance capabilities. Familiarity with high-potential client relationship management, basic knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return concepts is required; candidates with backgrounds in banking, brokerage, or asset management are preferred. Experience in customer service and operations is also advantageous.
• Clear KPI and results-oriented mindset, accustomed to measuring performance through data.
• Willingness to accept a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel/visits.
• Strong self-motivation, excellent stress resistance, and the ability to find pathways and drive implementation in uncertain environments.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
