This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Conducting market research to gain insights into industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive environments.
• Analyzing data to uncover opportunities and challenges within the marketplace.
• Defining and pinpointing target audiences for various products or services.
• Developing buyer personas to better understand customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
• Executing traditional marketing techniques, including print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and door-to-door sales.
• Providing assistance with all aspects related to agent onboarding, management, business development, and resolving issues.
• Overseeing agents' activities and performance to align with established targets.
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys and other methods.
• Utilizing feedback to enhance products, services, and marketing approaches.
• Implementing strategies to retain and renew existing client contracts.
• Addressing customer concerns swiftly to foster long-term relationships.
• Recognizing opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services.
• Maximizing revenue by encouraging clients to upgrade or broaden their purchases.
• Staying updated on the features, benefits, and applications of the company’s offerings.
• Effectively communicating product knowledge to both potential and existing clients.
• Identifying prospective customers and businesses that may have an interest in the company’s products or services.
• Generating leads through various avenues, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• HND or B.Sc in any field (Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower).
• Candidates must be no older than 28 years.
• NYSC Status: Completed.
• A minimum of 6 months to two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in a Financial Institution or any Agency Supported Institution.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Ability to self-motivate and independently manage oneself.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong organizational and IT skills are necessary.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse personalities.
