📋 Description

• Inspiring, nurturing, and managing supporters to help them achieve their objectives through exceptional and personalized stewardship.

• Developing a prospect pipeline to identify and cultivate new opportunities and leads.

• Collaborating with the Business Development team to acquire new supporters and generate income.

• Meeting fundraising targets and key performance indicators for CRUK's life-saving research initiatives.

• Assisting in the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at building stronger and more enduring relationships to enhance long-term income.

• Fostering robust working relationships with colleagues across departments to effectively transition and develop supporters.

• Proven experience working as part of a high-performing team, successfully achieving KPIs and targets.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively driving and managing your own workload.

• Exceptional networking and relationship management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence supporters or clients to meet targets.

• Capability to adapt style and approach, generate innovative ideas, and secure new business opportunities.

• A strong, solution-focused mindset to help supporters navigate challenges and maximize their fundraising potential.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both in person and through written and phone interactions.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and planning skills.
