This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, gaining insights into their needs and business goals, while identifying opportunities to assist them through Allica Bank's services and their external networks.
• Generate SME lending opportunities for both current and prospective clients from initial inquiry to completion, including the preparation of credit papers in accordance with Allica’s credit policies and risk appetite.
• Execute the local business plan effectively, while actively managing your personal objectives and development plan.
• Ensure your colleagues take pride in your representation of Allica within the community by delivering exceptional service to local SME clients, prospects, and advisors.
• Collaborate closely with all departments within Allica to guarantee a seamless and professional service experience at all times.
• Contribute positively to Allica’s culture by consistently embodying the bank’s values.
• Adhere to all mandatory policies and operational procedures to uphold internal controls.
• Proven Relationship Manager and Business Developer with a strong history of establishing high-value, trust-based, and enduring referral relationships.
• A solid understanding of SME banking is essential, including a background in commercial lending.
• Demonstrated history of providing exemplary service and maximizing value for prospects and customers.
• A passion for SMEs, with a self-starting attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset toward work.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with evidence of significant career progression and/or outstanding performance.
• Ability to work proficiently with customers, colleagues, and advisors to structure new lending proposals and draft credit applications.
• A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service while generating new income opportunities and managing credit risk effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and review financial accounts and related information.
