This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assist healthcare provider offices in securing the necessary access to Regeneron products for their patients.
• Ensure the effective facilitation of access, pull-through efficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of access services and program support related to the Regeneron Alliance product range.
• Propel and support the reimbursement strategy for Regeneron products across various payer segments within the company and division.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams, serving as a subject matter expert on processes and payers.
• Develop and implement a strategic tactical plan for the rollout of access and reimbursement initiatives for Alliance products.
• Deliver essential process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support services to educate physician offices about the coverage of Alliance products.
• Maintain and update knowledge regarding the local and national payer landscape.
• Build and nurture relationships within targeted healthcare provider offices to help healthcare professionals resolve payer coverage challenges.
• A bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics within a matrix environment, including a minimum of 2 years in reimbursement.
• Proven experience working with products distributed through a Specialty Pharmacy network is crucial.
• Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills are necessary.
• A background in leadership and effective cross-functional partnership is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within an Account Management framework.
• Familiarity with Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.
• Understanding of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and expertise in Part D is required.
