Reimbursement Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Assist Health Care Practitioner offices in securing appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients.

• Ensure optimal access, effective implementation, and comprehension of access services and program support related to the Regeneron product range.

• Support the company's and divisional reimbursement strategy for Regeneron products across various payer segments.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams, serving as a process and payer subject matter expert.

• Implement a strategic tactical plan for the execution of access and reimbursement initiatives for Alliance products.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including criteria for Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management.

• Build and sustain relationships within targeted healthcare provider offices to assist healthcare professionals in addressing payer coverage challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics within a matrix environment, including 2 years in Reimbursement.

• Critical experience working with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network.

• Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills are essential.

• A background in leadership and effective cross-functional teamwork is advantageous.

• Proven ability to operate within an Account Management-based structure.

• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills are necessary.
