Reimbursement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in creating innovative business models, strategic tenders, and value-driven procurement initiatives.

• Oversee health technology assessment (HTA) projects to ensure prompt market access.

• Direct economic evidence generation initiatives, including cost-effectiveness modeling and budget impact analyses, to showcase and elevate the advantages of our product portfolio, which includes scientific publications.

• Identify opportunities and challenges from payers, and implement strategies to mitigate market access barriers for the company’s products and therapies at national, regional, and hospital levels.

• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local needs and viewpoints are effectively incorporated into European and Global strategies.

• Act as a representative for Medtronic to clinical stakeholders as well as in industry associations and policy discussions. Propel the development of national strategies that advocate for access to innovative and cost-effective technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacoeconomics, Market Access, or a comparable health degree, with proven strong quantitative analysis skills.

• A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in health economics or market access roles, or alternatively, experience in hospitals or regions involving data analysis, evidence generation, or innovation projects.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language.

• Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve success.

• Comfortable in high-pressure situations and in collaborations with C-suite executives and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
