
Rehab Product Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with Field Sales as a cohesive team to enhance applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products.
• Provide training, development, and support for Rehab products, including Q Logic electronics, to customers, therapists, and VA facilities.
• Liaise with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to address the needs of Rehab providers in the designated Field Sales territory.
• Travel across the assigned territory to conduct training sessions and presentations on Quantum Products, emphasizing Q Logic electronics.
• Support educational presentations and offer technical training within the territory.
• Communicate any Quality Assurance issues and concerns.
• Report field data regarding growth opportunities to Rehab Product Specialists and the Regional Manager.
• Maintain an inventory of demo chairs, electronics, and accessories necessary for field operations.
• Manage time and territory in a cost-effective manner.
• Submit monthly expense reports and weekly travel itineraries.
• Assist providers and technical staff with troubleshooting and repairs of field units.
• Engage in VA clinics and activities related to the VA.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or injuries.
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Commit to continuous improvement and exhibit sound business judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with all Pride departments to surpass both internal and external expectations.
• Must possess a team-oriented attitude, be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments as part of a cross-functional team.
• Skilled in assembling and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical devices.
• Willingness to travel for company needs and transport demo equipment as required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated drive for advancement and continuous improvement.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong web navigation skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding planning, customer service, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations.
• Preferred: Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in Electro-Mechanical Applications in the Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, or Production, or an Associate Degree in a relevant Health Care field; a Bachelor’s Degree may be considered in lieu of an Associate Degree.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in the Mobility Industry.
• Preferred: Current or prior successful employment with Pride Mobility Products Corporation.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in a Health Care related field.
• Preferred: Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification.
• Commission.
• Company-provided travel and transportation of demo equipment as business needs dictate.
