Regulatory Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders during the development of products and processes to ensure alignment with the Business Vision.

• Engage in the visioning of applications, products, and processes by defining the "What" and the "Why," ensuring they align with corporate goals and objectives.

• Comprehend and interpret changes from the Risk Management Agency (RMA) and the National Crop Insurance Service (NCIS).

• Identify changes in applications, business, and policy language that impact business processes and customer workflows.

• Define and develop business epics, themes, and features utilizing the Agile framework.

• Analyze, identify, and recommend solutions for work-process issues within a three-month timeframe.

• Carry out other duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the crop insurance industry is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, IT, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience is necessary.

• Familiarity with industry changes, legal updates, and technical advancements relevant to the Company's business area.

• Proficient understanding of the crop lifecycle and all system interfaces.

• Ability to foresee downstream impacts on customer segments and employees when changes occur.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
