• Regulatory Knowledge Application: Keep an updated understanding of state licensing frameworks and continuing education (CE) compliance pertinent to your assigned territories and professions.
• Pipeline Coordination: Uphold a robust and precise pipeline by proactively identifying new opportunities within existing or prospective accounts. Utilize industry trends to pinpoint where Propelus can address emerging compliance issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to guarantee a smooth transition from contract signature to "go-live."
• Operational Discipline: Ensure accurate visibility into opportunities via CRM (Salesforce). Establish structure in forecasting and follow-through to guarantee that no stakeholder request is overlooked.
• 3–5+ years of experience in public sector account management, healthcare, regulatory technology, or a related area.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships within state agencies or licensing boards, with the capacity to foster rapport at both operational and leadership tiers.
• Project management mindset: Capable of coordinating intricate RFPs and contract renewals, ensuring all technical and compliance standards are satisfied.
• Patient persistence: Comfortable navigating the lengthy, often non-linear decision-making processes characteristic of government procurement.
• Communication skills: Strong aptitude for presenting technical solutions clearly and convincingly to a variety of stakeholder groups.
