This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trust and foster relationships with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies.
• Maintain proactive communication with the designated state regulatory boards and agencies.
• Comprehend local missions, priorities, constraints, and operational challenges.
• Lead discussions regarding operational efficiency and the modernization of government processes.
• Convert CE Broker capabilities into effective agency outcomes that enhance efficiency and public protection.
• Present business cases and proposals to board staff and leadership.
• Promote opportunities through intricate, multi-year decision-making cycles.
• Align implementation schedules with agency deadlines and strategic objectives.
• Utilize knowledge of state licensing frameworks and continuing education compliance.
• Identify opportunities resulting from industry trends and new regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams from contract signing to project launch.
• Ensure accurate visibility in Salesforce pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-through.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned state partners.
• 3–5+ years of experience at the state level, working directly with regulatory boards, healthcare regulatory environments, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining relationships within state agencies and/or licensing boards.
• Capable of establishing rapport at both operational and leadership levels.
• Project management mindset for developing pipelines, nurturing and finalizing complex deals, and coordinating intricate RFPs and contract renewals.
• Ability to ensure that technical and compliance requirements are satisfied.
• Comfortable navigating lengthy, non-linear government procurement decision processes.
• Strong capability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in managing a territory without the need for daily supervision.
• Experience in relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Experience in public-sector state-level account management is preferred.
