This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The RN Regional Manager is tasked with overseeing and providing support for infusion nursing services within a specified region.
• This clinical leadership position involves direct supervision and assistance for field infusion nurses, collaboration with partner organizations, and management of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care.
• The Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in the onboarding, training, and mentoring of nursing staff while maintaining clinical standards and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Review and authorize infusion nursing documentation for precision, thoroughness, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Monitor compliance with infusion therapy protocols and infection control measures.
• Appropriately escalate complex clinical issues or patient cases to the Regional Director.
• Enhance patient outcomes through regular audits, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback.
• Supervise, mentor, and support field infusion nurses throughout the designated region.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development.
• Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management capacity.
• Experience with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings.
• Strong understanding of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and best practices in clinical documentation.
• Proficient in EMR systems and Google Workspace tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned region as required.
