Registered Nurse – Home Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients within their residences.

• Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform patient evaluations.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create and execute tailored care plans.

• Observe patients' health statuses and communicate any changes.

• Educate patients and their families about disease management, medications, and treatment alternatives.

• Maintain precise records of patient care.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals.

• Update the patient's physician and Clinical Manager regarding care and condition progress.

• Supervise Home Health Aides and ensure documentation is completed accurately.

• Assist patients in their recovery, rehabilitation, and pursuit of independence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Experience in Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute settings.

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure.

• Current CPR certification.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

• Valid driver's license.

• Auto insurance coverage.

• Reliable means of transportation.

• Must maintain personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with state minimums or specified Humana standards.

• One year of nursing experience preferred.

• Home Health experience preferred.

• Capability to successfully pass the required TB screening.
