Registered Nurse, Healthcare Advocate – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of Solace's proprietary system, tools, technology, and expectations, while also contributing your unique experience in every interaction.

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with patients, where listening and empathy serve as the foundation for every engagement.

• Identify and prioritize patients’ needs, and develop a care plan to ensure consistent action over time.

• Create comprehensive patient care plans that holistically address social determinants of health, including food resources, transportation access, and home support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Experience working with a diverse range of patient populations.

• Empathy: You have a profound care for individuals and are motivated to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

• Clinical and Organizational Skills: As a seasoned RN, you can manage multiple tasks effectively while performing under pressure.

• Technical Adaptation: You can swiftly and efficiently learn new systems.

• A Bias Toward Action: When you notice something that requires attention, you take initiative to address it.

🏝️ Benefits

• This position is classified as a 1099 contractor role.

• Part-time advocates (15 – 25 hours/week) can expect to earn approximately $2,600–$4,600 monthly.

• Full-time advocates (30 - 40+ hours/week) can anticipate earnings of approximately $5,400–$7,900 monthly.

• As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, and this role does not offer benefits.
