Registered Nurse – Aged Care, Home Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Offer comprehensive care and assistance to elderly clients within their residences throughout South West Sydney

• Commute between clients to ensure their care requirements are fulfilled

• Administer clinical and personal care customized to each client’s specific needs

• Create personalized care plans utilizing clinical expertise

• Provide wound management

• Assist clients with medical devices such as catheters and continence aids

• Extend social and emotional support

• Help clients feel secure, comfortable, and connected

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification with active AHPRA registration

• Valid and completed First Aid (HLTAID011) certification

• Valid and completed Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010) certification, including Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009)

• Current COVID vaccinations and Flu vaccine, or readiness to obtain

• Valid driver’s license

• Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance coverage

• Willingness to travel between appointments

• National Police Clearance or willingness to acquire one

• Ideally, experience in Aged Care or Community Home Care

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Genuine enthusiasm for providing care to older Australians

• Dedication to assisting clients in living independently at home
