Registered Manager – Business Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and establish relationships with commissioners in your area — ICB, local authority, NHS discharge, HSC Trust (NI).

• Discover and pursue opportunities for complex care packages for both adults and children (CYP).

• Represent Ambition24direct at meetings with commissioners, MDTs, and local NHS and social care forums.

• Assist in the mobilisation of packages by collaborating with our central clinical and operations team.

• Progress into a CQC or RQIA Registered Manager role for your regional area as your caseload expands.

• Oversee active packages, maintain commissioner relationships, and manage contract performance over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current NMC registration (RGN), OR a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care — must be held, not currently in progress. One of these credentials is mandatory; no exceptions will be made.

• Demonstrated understanding of the health and social care commissioning environment in your region.

• Pre-existing relationships with ICB commissioners, CHC leads, discharge planners, or case managers that can be activated immediately.

• Experience in a senior clinical, commissioning, or care management position.

• Ability to operate independently and develop a market without daily oversight.

• Previous experience as a CQC or RQIA Registered Manager is advantageous but not essential.
