Registered Dietitian, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough nutritional therapy and weight management coaching through a cohesive multichannel digital platform, incorporating video, voice, and instant messaging.

• Perform virtual consultations to evaluate nutritional requirements and develop customized behavior modification plans.

• Offer medication management assistance for obesity-related comorbidities under the guidance of designated physicians.

• Engage in remote patient monitoring utilizing digital tools (e.g., scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors).

• Aid patients with the dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications in accordance with established protocols.

• Apply motivational interviewing and therapeutic alliance techniques to foster sustainable health results.

• Keep precise client records and documentation promptly using EHR systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

• Current state licensure/certification (if required by state regulations).

• Willingness and capability to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management environments preferred.

• Proficient with technology, electronic medical records, and able to work in a HIPAA-compliant home office.

• CDCES certification (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) is preferred.

• Availability during evenings and Saturdays is preferred.
