Registered Dietitian – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive nutritional therapy and weight management coaching through a cohesive multichannel digital platform, which includes video, voice, and instant messaging.

• Carry out virtual consultations to evaluate nutritional requirements and develop tailored behavior change plans.

• Offer medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under the guidance of assigned physicians.

• Participate in remote patient monitoring utilizing digital tools (e.g., scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors).

• Assist patients with the dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications in accordance with established protocols.

• Ensure precise client records and documentation are maintained promptly using EHR systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

• Current state licensure/certification (if required by the state).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management environments preferred.

• Proficient with technology, electronic medical records, and capable of working in a HIPAA-compliant home setting.

• CDCES certification (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) preferred.

• Availability on evenings and Saturdays preferred.
