Registered Dietitian – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive care, education, and support for patients dealing with diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and weight loss via chat, phone, and video calls in accordance with internal protocols.

• Develop detailed consults that comply with internal guidelines for 9amHealth physicians.

• Work in partnership with Patient Care Advocates to promote patient success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with either a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) certification, or eligible for certification.

• Proven experience in medication adjustment and proficiency in utilizing an EMR system.

• Exceptional empathy skills and a strong background in patient-centered communication and care.

• A quiet and distraction-free workspace is required.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices or technology platforms used in patient care is preferred.
