This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy to members dealing with digestive health issues.
• Provide structured, goal-oriented coaching via video consultations aimed at promoting behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle modifications.
• Offer personalized in-app messaging to enhance progress and ensure continuity.
• Utilize Hinge Health technology platforms and digital resources to inform coaching decisions.
• Collaborate with the care team and address clinician referrals for Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Document video visit notes, clinical escalations, and necessary updates on member journeys.
• Establish rapport with members and foster accountability towards health objectives.
• Evaluate coaching strategies and communicate member trends, insights, and feedback to the Product and Clinical Operations teams.
• Assess AI-generated outputs critically and apply professional judgment to ensure human-centered care.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian through CDR.
• Evidence of active, unrestricted state licensure is necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience managing large caseloads.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Previous experience in behavior change or chronic disease management is preferred.
• Capability to deliver telehealth services from a private, professional environment with reliable internet access in the United States.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to have name and image featured in product and related marketing materials.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules across multiple time zones between 7 am–10 pm CST, including some evenings.
• Comfort with flexible, non-exempt scheduling of 25–40 hours per week.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, with verbal and written skills and eligibility for competency exams.
• A Master’s degree in Dietetics or Human Nutrition is preferred.
• Multi-state licensure is advantageous.
• Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, women's health, or related fields are preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends is preferred.
