Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding care that focuses on the fundamental aspects of lifestyle change management, including nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, sleep improvement, and behavioral modification, all based on evidence-supported counseling.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team, comprising fellow registered dietitians, licensed nurses, licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), medical assistants, and gastroenterologists.

• Assist patients through both synchronous and asynchronous care methods, employing the foundational principles of motivational interviewing to promote behavior change.

• Follow clinical protocols and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), with multiple state licensure being an advantage.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RD/RDN.

• Familiarity with nutritional strategies for gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS, IBD, and SIBO is a plus.

• Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous.

• Preferred experience in communicating with patients through asynchronous methods.

• A strong commitment to assisting clients in achieving behavior change by helping them establish health goals for effective chronic disease management.

• A demonstrated readiness to exceed typical responsibilities to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Excellent skills in interpersonal communication and problem-solving.
