Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intake assessments, medical histories, dietary patterns, lab results, and other relevant information.

• Conduct counseling and educational sessions on diet and lifestyle via video.

• Offer general advice on movement, sleep, or stress management as it pertains to nutritional care.

• Utilize Allara-provided nutrition training and educational resources while customizing care to meet patient needs.

• Implement motivational interviewing and behavior-change strategies throughout the continuity of care.

• Collaborate with physicians and APRNs involved in the medical management of patients.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records are maintained using an AI scribe.

• Address patient inquiries and complete administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• At least one active state license in a state with a demand for this role.

• Previous experience in nutrition counseling or patient care is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience with telehealth services is advantageous.

• Receptive to feedback, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about professional growth.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual setting.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.

• Proficient with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the application will inquire about U.S. visa sponsorship.
