Registered Dietitian – 1099, Training Provided, $200 Bonus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intake assessments, which encompass medical history, dietary patterns, laboratory findings, and additional details.

• Facilitate diet and lifestyle counseling and educational sessions through video conferencing.

• Provide general advice on movement, sleep, or stress management in relation to nutritional care.

• Utilize Allara’s provided nutrition training and educational resources while customizing care to meet patient needs.

• Implement motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies throughout the continuity of care.

• Collaborate with physicians and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in the medical management of patients.

• Ensure accurate and current patient records are maintained using an AI scribe.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours each week, alongside administrative responsibilities.

• Promptly address patient inquiries and manage administrative tasks and communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with a valid certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Compliance with active state licensing requirements; applicants must possess a legitimate state license, and both active and pending licenses will be evaluated.

• Previous experience in nutrition counseling or patient care is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Receptive to feedback, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about personal growth.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Commitment to evidence-based care grounded in contemporary clinical research.

• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Previous telehealth experience is a plus but not essential.

• Minimum requirement of 10 patient-facing hours per week, in addition to administrative duties.
