This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly engage with advisors and clients, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Respond to questions related to account activities, policies, and necessary documentation.
• Perform proactive outreach concerning Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), distributions, and tax-related forms.
• Process account activity instructions for new accounts, cash management, transfers, account maintenance, and trade orders.
• Investigate complex scenarios, manage client expectations, determine solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide education to clients and advisors on account services, features, and technologies, including eSignature, paperless statements, and Account View.
• Share best practices, support the development of peers, and engage in assigned projects.
• Oversee operational reports related to cash management, RMDs, distributions, debits, and pending settlements.
• Manage and execute project tasks, including the linking of annuities.
• Contribute to reducing operating costs through the adoption of technology and minimizing NIGOs.
• Assist with covering PTO requests from colleagues in different offices.
• Answer phone calls, arrange appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings upon request.
• Maintain client records in Redtail and/or Wealthbox CRMs.
• Complete expense reports for financial advisors when needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally within wealth management.
• Must hold SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
• Strong client service background with exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a remote working environment.
• Willingness to support advisors with occasional travel (approximately once a year).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in oral and written communication; able to convey complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and both internal and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
