This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of residences in your regions concerning daily operations related to recruiting
• Handling correspondence with applicants and coordinating job interviews
• Assisting in the recruitment of specialists and executives through active sourcing
• Generating metrics and reports and deriving necessary actions
• Implementing your own HR projects or supporting the team in project work
• Conducting onboarding and offboarding discussions
• Regularly posting on social media to share positive impressions of daily work life
• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
• Relevant experience in a similar position or in active sourcing
• Strong affinity for social media
• Willingness to travel within Hesse
• Familiarity with common MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills and social competence
