This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Cultivate and sustain a high level of annuity production by implementing a comprehensive business strategy.
• Promote and support corporate goals and initiatives.
• Perform senior wholesaling duties within designated geographic regions.
• Collaborate and execute a regional business plan alongside Internal Wholesalers.
• Meet specific activity expectations to enhance opportunities for developing advisor relationships and increasing sales.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution is required.
• Prior experience in external sales management is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales results within the assigned territory.
• Experience across all channels of annuity distribution is highly desirable.
• State Life and Health License, along with FINRA Series 6 and 63, are mandatory.
