This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Create and implement virtual care solutions tailored to specific markets, addressing compliance, billing, and legal standards.
• Act as the main liaison for regional stakeholders in establishing new clinical services for virtual care.
• Oversee the development and execution of virtual care solutions in line with the enterprise strategy, regulatory obligations, and operational benchmarks.
• Convert local requirements into effective virtual care solutions.
• Offer guidance on operational and technical implementation, ranging from consultative assistance to complete project execution.
• Lead the development of new Regional Virtual Care services.
• Coordinate system meetings for the initiation of Regional Virtual Care services.
• Oversee the system of record and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage the program portfolio and track performance metrics.
• Serve as a consultant for regional virtual care initiatives.
• Maintain records for Regional Virtual Care clinical services.
• Collaborate with sites to implement virtual care technology solutions.
• Function as VCDH's primary contact for regional virtual care services.
• Propel execution while ensuring quality, efficiency, and financial responsibility.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare and/or business.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibility in healthcare management.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy, portfolio management, program management, project management, operations, business planning, and/or analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, with a focus on professional billing.
• Familiarity with Epic.
• Capable of collaborating, leading, communicating, program development, advocacy, project management, organization, and applying systems thinking in complex environments.
• Ability to drive execution while upholding quality, efficiency, and financial stewardship.
