Regional Vice President – US Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational leadership and guidance for U.S. operations

• Ensure that customer service expectations are consistently met or exceeded

• Promote productivity and efficiency initiatives

• Remain informed about market trends and competitor activities

• Create and execute new service offerings

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience in Operations or Logistics

• 2-3 years of experience in managing profit and loss along with key performance indicators

• Exceptional leadership and overall management capabilities

• Strong skills in facilitation and negotiation

• Willingness to travel within the territory 40-70%
