• Strategic Leadership: Assemble, recruit, and guide a top-tier team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will cultivate a culture characterized by accountability, ongoing education, and rapid execution.
• Revenue Ownership: Manage the P&L for the West territory. You will be accountable for developing a strong territory plan, upholding a precise forecast, and consistently surpassing quarterly and yearly revenue objectives.
• Master the Methodology: We are deeply committed to Force Management. You will ensure that Command of the Message transcends mere presentation slides, becoming an integral part of how your team engages with customers daily.
• Executive Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs at Fortune 500 companies, maneuvering through complex organizational hierarchies to facilitate large-scale enterprise agreements.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to enhance our regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Propel profound integration with our channel partners, VARs, and Systems Integrators to boost market visibility.
• Operational Excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to oversee the sales funnel. From generating top-of-funnel leads to navigating intricate contract negotiations, you will guarantee a smooth and predictable sales process.
• The Enterprise Playbook: You have a proven track record of securing significant wins. You understand how to navigate 6-9 month sales cycles and engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Leadership Chops: You possess at least one year of frontline management experience. You know how to drive success for your team, not just for yourself.
• Methodology Mastery: You don’t just understand Command of the Message; you could instruct others in it. You believe in the discipline of MEDDICC because you have witnessed its effectiveness.
• Cybersecurity Fluency: Ideally, you have experience in the security sector. You comprehend the "visibility" challenge and can converse about technology with a CISO while discussing ROI with a CFO.
• Strategic Brain: You have the ability to distill a complex technical solution into clear and understandable concepts.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated Base Salary: $175,000 – $200,000
• Commissions are performance-based, with uncapped accelerators for exceeding targets.
• OTE: $350,000 – $400,000
