• Take charge of strategy, growth, and business outcomes for Virta's employer market segment.
• Lead and nurture a team of high-level sales professionals focused on mid-market employer expansion.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the market strategy and drive expansion in the Employer Sector.
• Enhance Virta's presence with employers, consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
• Discover new market opportunities, partnerships, and avenues for growth.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, healthy pipelines, and strong revenue performance across the segment.
• Create scalable operating models, talent strategies, and organizational frameworks.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven workflows, sales methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key relationships with customers, consultants, and partners.
• Represent Virta at industry forums, employer coalitions, and high-level customer engagements.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on accountability, development, and results.
• Uphold Virta’s mission-driven culture and values throughout the commercial organization.
• Over 15 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing B2B employer healthcare sales teams in dynamic environments.
• Proven experience in guiding and developing successful employer sales teams in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong history of driving revenue growth, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and achieving quota targets.
• Experience in selling complex healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships with employer decision-makers, healthcare consultants, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Capable of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that foster market growth and expansion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing data and market insights to inform decision-making and enhance business performance.
• Successfully designed and executed AI-enabled workflows or processes that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with the key events, associations, partnerships, and channels that impact awareness and purchasing decisions within the employer market.
