
Regional Vice President of Sales – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the development of Account Executives concentrating on new business acquisition and expansion within Enterprise accounts.
• Attract, recruit, and retain exceptional sales talent to foster a high-performance team culture.
• Implement sales processes, enhance forecast accuracy, and strategize territory planning.
• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor actions to refine sales approaches.
• Oversee pipeline development and ensure accurate forecasting with high confidence.
• Collaborate with channel and alliance organizations to co-sell and broaden regional market coverage.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Sales Enablement, Channel, and Alliances.
• Represent customer perspectives and influence product direction based on market input.
• Take ownership of and strive to surpass regional revenue targets.
• Ensure adherence to sales tools, maintain CRM hygiene, and monitor performance metrics.
• Establish and uphold a disciplined forecasting rhythm for data-driven decision-making and necessary adjustments.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology-focused setting.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing team quotas and driving revenue growth in the Enterprise segment.
• Strong comprehension of sales methodologies, forecasting procedures, pipeline management, and operational discipline.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and capacity for data-driven decision-making.
• Prior experience managing geographically diverse teams across extensive territories.
• Familiarity with selling to companies with revenues under $2.5B across various sectors.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, resellers, and technology alliances to shape deal strategies and expand market reach.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and customer buying behaviors within the Enterprise sector.
• $350,000–$400,000 OTE + equity.
