This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Establish, develop, and maintain business sales relationships with property management firms in our Central Region.
β’ Participate in local and regional travel, engaging with apartment associations.
β’ Make regular visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah and attend national trade shows and events.
β’ Experience in the multifamily housing sector is preferred.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (including SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise software).
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A strong enthusiasm for sales, outstanding presentation abilities, and a proven track record of closing deals.
β’ An understanding of how to foster client relationships effectively.
β’ Demonstrated qualities of ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
β’ Social intelligence with the ability to cultivate enduring, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
β’ Proven sales success and a history of achieving targets.
β’ The capability to work independently.
