This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Identify, build, and maintain business sales relationships with property management firms in our Central Region.

• Participate in local and regional travel, as well as engage in apartment associations.

• Make regular visits to Entrata's headquarters in Utah and take part in national trade shows and events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the multifamily housing sector is advantageous.

• 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (including SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise software).

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A strong enthusiasm for sales, outstanding presentation abilities, and the capability to close deals.

• An understanding of how to develop and nurture client relationships.

• Proven ambition, assertiveness, confidence, integrity, and discipline.

• Strong social intelligence and the ability to forge lasting, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues.

• A record of proven sales achievements and a history of success.

• The capability to work independently is essential.
