This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify potential commercial clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Reach out to new commercial clients to discuss their requirements.
• Showcase product features and demonstrate how they solve prospects’ challenges.
• Address inquiries from prospects regarding products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while preparing sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
• Maintain contact lists and cultivate relationships with prospects through follow-ups.
• Lead regional commercial account initiatives aimed at achieving substantial revenue growth.
• Conduct high-level presentations, negotiations, and strategy sessions with prospective clients independently.
• Mentor and support team members in implementing new account strategies and reaching performance goals.
• Analyze regional performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
• Travel domestically for meetings with prospects, industry events, and company gatherings as necessary.
• Propel regional growth by acquiring new commercial customer accounts.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of products, market trends, and client needs to create innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing regional sales strategies, optimizing account performance, and contributing to overall organizational goals.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise technology or software sales (SaaS, PaaS, etc.) with quantifiable results.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex relationships with prospects.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Capability to align various stakeholders with business objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in technology or software sales, preferably within the multifamily housing sector.
• Consistent history of surpassing sales targets and driving strategic account growth.
• Experience in developing and executing regional or departmental sales strategies.
• Proficient in using company-approved GenAI tools.
• Ability to assess AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and hallucinations.
• Understanding of data governance, including safeguarding proprietary and personally identifiable information.
• Skill in crafting clear, context-rich prompts.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload effectively.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
