This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop the Growth Engine: Create a reliable business model capable of surpassing ambitious quarterly and annual growth objectives through new customer acquisition.
• Design the Strategy: Formulate a multi-year strategy to expand Twilio’s presence in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, customizing GTM tactics to the diverse market maturities of SEA, RoA, India, and Greater China.
• Promote AI & Platform: Transition from traditional CPaaS discussions to foster deep, transformative interactions focused on AI-driven customer engagement and the comprehensive Twilio platform.
• Cultivate a World-Class Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-tier team of Growth Account Executives and Managers. You will offer tactical deal guidance, strategic coaching, and career development through active one-on-one mentorship.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement GTM partner strategies and develop repeatable outbound initiatives to maintain a robust and high-quality sales pipeline.
• Advocate for Customers: "Step into the customer’s shoes" by collaborating with software engineering leaders, product managers, and C-suite executives to foster innovation across various use cases.
• 12+ years of experience in solutions selling within a software company, alongside 3-5+ years of sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in messaging, voice, and email, along with a clear perspective on how AI can transform the SEA & ROA market.
• Proven track record in defining goals and processes that generate new business while successfully navigating the complexities of the APJ market.
• A data-driven mindset towards pipeline management, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• Demonstrated capacity to build relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment.
• A bachelor’s degree coupled with substantial relevant work experience.
