This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Drive sales initiatives with financial intermediaries within a specified territory.
• Responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with financial intermediaries to facilitate asset generation.
• Assist in educating financial advisors about the advantages of Guggenheim products and services for their clients, through individual or group presentations, which may include conference calls, branch visits, seminars, conferences, or training sessions.
• Formulate and execute territory business plans to achieve assigned sales objectives.
• Maintain activity logs and profile details within the CRM system.
• Stay informed and comply with regulatory and compliance policies related to licensing requirements, continuing education, and firm-mandated training (licensing requirements: FINRA 7, 63).
• Responsible for remaining up-to-date on the company’s products, initiatives, and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the management of the expense account and designated budget, ensuring timely submission of expense reports.
• Collaborate closely with the designated internal wholesaler to meet sales targets by identifying and cultivating leads from referrals, digital advertising campaigns, and cold outreach.
• Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Finance or Business).
• Active FINRA Registrations (Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66).
• Must reside within the relevant geographic territory.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Energetic, self-driven, with a positive attitude and a focus on goals.
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• High level of integrity.
• Willingness and ability to prepare diligently and execute with passion.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with a client-centric approach.
• Technical/computer skills should encompass proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
