📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the efforts of the Enterprise Account Executives to guarantee that the company's revenue targets and objectives are surpassed.

• Balance the closure of current-quarter sales while fostering long-term opportunities.

• Organize and lead weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to promote continuous improvement and best-practice sharing.

• Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and deal closures to achieve above-quota results through effective pipeline management.

• Attract, recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business needs and revenue potential for Enterprise accounts within the designated region.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven history of selling solutions at the C-level.

• A demonstrated capability to influence, develop, and motivate team members to reach objectives through a collaborative approach.

• Proficient in showcasing SaaS/cloud-based software solutions for Finance, Sales/Sales Operations, and Workforce Management sectors.

• A strong history of exceeding sales quotas in a complex sales environment.

• Experience in territory management and strategic planning at both the regional and account levels.

• Proven skill in teaching, mentoring, and training joint enterprise software sales methodologies, especially MEDDICC.

• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and organizational abilities.

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree.
