This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Identify and engage potential nCino customers within a specific geographic territory and market segment.
• Encourage prospective clients to explore a groundbreaking and innovative offering.
• Propel opportunities through qualification and closure while sustaining a pipeline adequate to meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Cultivate a strong nCino brand presence within the designated geographic territory.
• Employ a consultative approach to discern client needs and leverage knowledge of the nCino solution and the Salesforce.com platform.
• Navigate complex sales cycles with new clients by outlining decision-making and approval processes, accelerating timelines, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.
• Recognize potential customer mobilizers and foster consensus among key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with inside sales partners and marketing teams to deliver a consistent marketplace message.
• Enhance nCino's presence within current clients by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with Customer Success to promote adoption.
• Market newly launched nCino products and offerings to existing customers.
• Travel to client sites across the United States as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience or a combination of experience, education, and exceptional performance.
• A robust professional background with a consistent record of excellence.
• Capacity to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite.
• Excellent listening skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to showcase software solutions onsite with clients or through virtual meetings.
• Proven success in a collaborative work environment.
• Capability to collaborate with nCino team members from various functions, including product, sales, professional services, support, and finance.
• Willingness to travel to client locations within the United States as necessary.
• Expertise in the banking domain is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial banking is desirable.
• Graduate degree and/or additional certifications are preferred.
• A flexible problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting.
• Organized, efficient, and capable of maintaining a high level of productivity while demonstrating process and administrative excellence.
• Base salary range of $80,000.00 - $140,000.00.
• Up to 50% travel opportunities.
