This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement regional strategies to boost sales growth, enhance market presence, and attain profitability.
• Oversee intricate point-of-care sales processes in hospitals, outpatient facilities, physician offices, and distribution partnerships.
• Discover new business prospects and manage strategic accounts to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Examine market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Ensure precise sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Assist in hospital and clinic procurement processes, RFP submissions, and pricing discussions.
• Project capital and reagent sales while collaborating with Marketing and Finance on delivery and stock availability.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Assess performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and execute development plans.
• Formulate hiring, training, and team-building strategies.
• Identify and prepare candidates for promotions and increased responsibilities.
• Drive change initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, GPOs, IDNs, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Training, Key & Government Accounts, and Enterprise Solutions teams.
• Partner with the Sales Excellence Team on tools, execution strategies, and processes.
• Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
• Participate in budget planning, strategic target agreements, and compensation frameworks.
• Work with the USA Leadership Team to enhance internal processes.
• Collaborate with Point of Care Business Line leadership on future offerings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Life Sciences is required.
• Over 15 years of sales experience in a complex sales environment.
• More than 7 years of experience in leading, developing, training, and mentoring direct reports with proven success.
• Established track record in leading commercial teams within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
• In-depth understanding of the US healthcare market, clinical workflows, and the top 50 Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a solution-selling environment and develop large accounts.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and reimbursement frameworks.
• MBA is preferred.
• Marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong inspirational leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent management capabilities, including work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Strong business acumen in financial management, market positioning, healthcare trends, and customer relations.
• Strategic decision-making, critical thinking, and organizational agility.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite leadership.
