This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Cultivate both existing and prospective business relationships.
• Identify potential new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Finalize new business agreements by collaborating with our underwriting operations team, principals, advisors, carrier, and lender partners to meet specific requirements.
• Manage various financial and insurance underwriting matters.
• Establish one-on-one connections with selected clients and their advisors, along with key contacts within the firm.
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s illustration team.
• Leverage the firm’s CRM to oversee all workflows and case documentation.
• Uphold and enhance the firm’s reputation as a "Can-Do" organization and an industry leader.
• Support the firm's marketing initiatives, focusing on webinars and group meetings.
• Participate in periodic off-site networking events and conferences.
• Take full responsibility for all aspects of assigned client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Proficient in closing and prospecting.
• Effective territory management skills.
• High energy and motivation.
• Proven track record in meeting sales objectives.
• Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Must possess a life insurance license or be able to obtain one within the first six months.
• Experience with CRM systems is required; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to understand or learn complex Life Insurance illustrations and the company’s CMS financing spreadsheet.
• Some familiarity with concepts such as LIBOR, Treasury Yields, and historical information on the S&P 500 is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills, along with expertise in process improvement and efficiency.
• Capability to work autonomously and maintain a fast-paced workflow.
• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and resource management abilities.
• Proactive problem solver, especially in high-pressure situations.
