Regional Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies that promote business growth, particularly in the Security and Cloud solutions sectors.

• Meeting customer expectations and requirements by utilizing customer insights to enhance products and services.

• Targeting new accounts, driving new logo acquisition, and increasing market share.

• Championing customer needs within the organization and adjusting strategies based on direct customer feedback.

• Building and utilizing a strong partner ecosystem (such as resellers, system integrators, and technology partners) to accelerate sales growth.

• Exhibiting skills in pipeline management, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and adhering to established sales processes.

• Fostering a respectful and safe environment where everyone feels empowered to share their diverse ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess relevant experience in sales within the cloud computing or security sectors, along with extensive knowledge of ANZ market dynamics.

• Have experience in mentoring and coaching large, cross-cultural teams.

• Ability to cultivate an inclusive culture and collaborate effectively across various functions.

• Capable of establishing and maintaining a disciplined weekly/monthly operating rhythm for the region.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with headquarters and Geo level teams to achieve local outcomes.

• Demonstrate a mindset of holding sales managers and representatives accountable for their commitments and activities.
