This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take ownership and enhance results in your territory by actively engaging with the fire service.
• Generate interest and inform departments about HiViz solutions.
• Manage the dealer network as a business and provide them with necessary support.
• Possess knowledge about lighting installations and configurations.
• Oversee pipeline activities utilizing HubSpot.
• Regularly surpass sales targets.
• 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales, specifically selling through dealers or distributors.
• 5+ years in outside sales, preferably with experience expanding multi-state territories.
• Proven track record in selling premium products.
• Familiarity or established credibility within the Fire/EMS sector.
• A well-established and high-performing territory.
• A product roadmap designed to accelerate territory growth.
• Company-generated leads and incoming demand.
• A strong brand reputation to enable swift success.
• A dedicated demo vehicle to attract attention and secure business on-site.
• A CRM equipped with end-user and dealer lists, supported by a dedicated revenue operations team.
• A trade show budget and coordinated event support to boost visibility and expedite the pipeline.
• A team culture that is competitive, supportive, and closely linked to the Fire/EMS community.
