This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel revenue expansion by forging robust partnerships and identifying new business prospects within the designated territory.
• Interact with both existing and prospective clients through a strategic account planning process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, emerging products, and market conditions.
• Create and present professional demonstrations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Address customer concerns and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues through effective, win-win solutions.
• Work collaboratively across functions with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance alignment of priorities and objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in outside sales.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Plastic and/or Building Products Industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated professional sales experience with active application and management of sales processes and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively and coordinate activities to meet objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to deliver presentations to customer groups using PowerPoint and other visual aids and handouts.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
