This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Accountable for executing the long-term upstream sales strategy within designated territories by providing technical leadership in insulation.

• Promoting insulation product specification and increasing market penetration.

• Building a customer network comprising mechanical engineers, specifiers, owners, and other key stakeholders.

• Identifying new opportunities and capturing market share to ensure business success in the Refrigeration industry.

• Offering guidance to enhance system performance and ensuring knowledge of Code compliance.

• Establishing oneself as a technical expert in insulation for users across the assigned territories.

• Facilitating technical training programs, including the review and revision of these programs to certify contractors and supervisors on job sites.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field is required.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in territory management within HVAC, plumbing, construction, or equipment industries, with a preference for familiarity with the refrigeration sector.

• Extensive knowledge of the bidding and specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets.

• Capability to interpret mechanical drawings to determine applications and equipment for products.

• Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
